Cendrine Colin is a French-Swedish artist living and working in Lausanne, Switzerland. She works across disciplines to produce sculptural installations, paintings and drawings. Her graphic works manipulate images of war taken from the media to challenge the global "human madness" as she refers to it. Delicate and poignant drawings and paintings from nature, observed or imagined, confront the horror of such images and stand as silent but powerful appeals for the salvation of the natural world and of humankind.

Cendrine was the first ART PITCH Artist in Residence in July 2012. Her exhibition SHIFT at AYYO in October 2013 showcased works made during the residency.

Cendrine was guest artist at the Royal University College of Fine Arts (KKH) Stockholm in 2002 after graduating with a BFA in Sculpture from California College of the Arts in 2000. Her work has been exhibited in Germany, Switzerland, UK, Swden and the USA. She was the winner of the Zonta International Prix a Création and has undertaken residencies in China, Switzerland and the UK.
